State v. K.L.B.

To properly win a DWI case, we actually have to win two cases -- the criminal case, and the companion Implied Consent (license) case. Sometimes, winning one is all it takes . . . which is what we were able to do for this client. We won the Implied Consent Case, and in a convincing enough manner that we were able to use our IC win to persuade the prosecutor to let our client pled to careless driving instead of fighting the issue again in the criminal case.
