Minnesota Public Defender Training

Chuck Ramsay and Dan Koewler will be presenting a continuing legal education seminar to the dedicated professionals at the Hennepin County Public Defenders Office on April 9, 2020. They will discuss the Top 10 ways to beat the breath test. This is a closed CLE and is available only to attorneys at the Hennepin County Public Defender's Office.

Minnesota CLE DWI: Breath, Blood, and Urine Testing

Like any other scientific evidence used in court proceedings, alcohol testing is subject to scrutiny. As co-authors of Minnesota's DWI Deskbook, Chuck and Dan will join Doug Hazelton in a webinar presentation to other defense attorneys, focusing on the three testing methods available, the statutes and procedures aimed at ensuring accurate results, common defense challenges, and the criminal consequences that result from refusing a chemical test.

Third District Public Defenders Quarterly Training

Dan Koewler and Chuck Ramsay were personally invited by the Third District Public Defenders office to present half a day of training on aggressively defending client's charged with DWI's. This training will be held on April 26, 2019. Minnesota's Third Judicial Districts include the Counties of: Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, and Winona.
