Iowa's Association for Justice in Deed links trial lawyers with community organizations to help meet critical needs. Twin Cities Attorney Charles Ramsay will present an hour seminar on Blood & Breath Testing Part II. Ramsay has pioneered multiple defenses in Minnesota, including the present challenges to faulty eye-witness testimonies, faulty calibrations regarding Data Master machines, fabricated confessions, and the right of a defendant to present alternative suspects to a jury.
