I truly can’t Express just how Greatful I am To Chuck Ramsay and his team, I received Two Alcohol monitoring violation’s in the mail from Mn, DMV stating my full privilege revocation will be extended for an additional 1,461 days due to having tested positive B.A.C readings on two separate Dates, The problem here is ? ( I DON’T DRINK ) and further more I was just over a Month away from Full privalge reinstatement after four dreadful years with the not so fine folks at Intoxalock ! Chuck Ramsey is the truth. I fought a refusal DUI for almost 2 years with a lawyer who did the bare minimum and encouraged me to plead to the charges. Great place to hire in your defense. I got the results I expected. They were not the best results I could or would have had. My advice to anyone considering hiring them. To not pay a lump sum. Refuse at all cost. Hire them by the hour if you want amazing results. I realised my error in judgement after paying a lump sum first. These are lawyers after all$$$. Its about getting as much $$possible in the shortest time. Not the outcome of the client. So pay them hourly to keep them on your side.

Chuck and his staff are A1!! I was involved in a major accident, and was looking at some serious time. I was being charged with my 2nd DWI and a Criminal Vehicular Operation to cause bodily harm charge. Once everything was over, Chuck helped me get the CVO charge dropped, and lower the DWI charge.
