K.L.B. v. Commissioner of Public Safety

The Department of Public Safety revoked our client’s driver’s license for having an alcohol concentration of .15. We argued that the breath test results were invalid as the breath test operator did not follow his training. At the conclusion of a contested hearing the judge agreed and ordered the DPS to reinstate our client’s license.
