Criminal Law | Civil Implied Consent for the Criminally Minded

Those that work in the criminal courts rarely step outside into the civil world. The worlds of criminal and civil often have small but significant differences with regard to rules, forms, procedures, and requirements. While many of us handle DUIs on a regular basis, the Implied Consent is a civil matter. During this CLE we will discuss the differences criminal defense attorneys will face when venturing into the civil world to challenge an implied consent revocation. Focusing on rudimentary aspects of the civil law side that we get very little exposure to.
